I'm looking for a part-time (10-20 hours/week) Rails developer to be my help with me with my Rails consulting and products.

- Have some experience with Ruby on Rails
- Have some experience with OS X and/or Linux
- Have a passion for technology and building great stuff

I'm open to remote workers who are in timezones +- 3 hours of US/Pacific, so basically anywhere in North or South America will do. :)
