I'm looking for a part-time (10-20 hours/week) Rails developer to be my first hire in my Rails consulting agency / product company. I build excellent web apps for clients and for my own products, and I need some help with the volume of work that I have.

- Have some experience with Ruby on Rails
- Have some experience with OS X and/or Linux
- Have a passion for technology and building great stuff

I will consider remote work for excellent (and economical) candidates who are in timezones +- 3 hours of US/Pacific, but I am more interested in hiring someone who can regularly work from my office in Kirkland, WA.
