Commissioned Sales Rep - United States

This is a home-based, full-commissioned, independent contractor opportunity to sell an up-and-coming web-based software application to small and medium-sized businesses. If you think you could sell something like salesforce.com to the owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses, this could be a great fit for you.

This web application is a new entrant to its (huge) market with big competitors, so this is a great chance to get in on the ground floor. You'll be the first person to actively sell this application, so your efforts could largely make or break this venture.

You won't get any base or benefits, but you won't be capped in your commission, your percentage will be generous, and you can work where and when you please. Plus, you'll have the option of residuals from sales, as I want customers to continue to pay the monthly subscription fee for a long, long time, and I'm willing to reward you accordingly. :)

Though I'm in the Seattle area, you can be anywhere you like, as long as you're willing to come to the Seattle area for an initial meeting and perhaps occasional meetings.

When applying for this position, please specify your desired percentage. Be aware that the application is sold at prices from $30 - $100 / month, so factor that into your response. There is also an option to sell the application for customers to run on their own servers, for a one-time fee, if you're up to handling that kind of sale as well.
